Intellectual Property Associate - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

Here at Interlink we are working with a leading law firm who are seeking an Associate to join their leading IP group in the London office.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE in transactional IP matters, including experience of, or an interest in, licensing in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.

The successful candidate will primarily support the transactional IP Partners within the UK IP Group which comprises over 35 fee earners.

They will work on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, with a focus on licensing and collaboration agreements, related commercial arrangements and intellectual property aspects of M&A and investments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.

The succesful individual must be able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team with excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple matters.Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development is also a must.
