MIDWEIGHT INTEGRATED DESIGNER (WITH MOTION SKILLS)

We are looking for an integrated designer that has great skills in both print, digital and motion to join our clients well-being brand.

Experience:

• 5 years + experience working in a design agency or in-house (Wellbeing/Beauty experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with the Global Head of Creative & Senior Designer to develop NPD packaging and campaign creative direction.
• Experience creating and designing beautiful and effective work for digital outputs and the associated channels.
• An impressive portfolio packed with super strong layout, typography, imagery, motion and animation.
• Work to tight deadlines with accuracy and speed, whilst being forward thinking and innovative.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines/brand bible.
• Create new workable templates for iterations within different regions.
• Creatively collaborative, playing an active role in brainstorming concept sessions within the creative department and wider teams.
• Create and design visually appealing graphics, including new logos, global toolkits, cropping guidelines, POS, packaging, concept moodboards, website and social.
• Experience in short-form video content titling/transitions/visual and motion concepts.
• A keen interest to learn on photoshoots and help art direct with guidance from the Global Head of Creative.

Skills:

• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project management skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full understanding of print processes and specifications to ensure optimal print quality.
• Familiarity with UX/UI web design principles and user experience functionality.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and fun work environment.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, HTML, Monday or Jira is a bonus.
