What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for commercial clients, ensuring seamless service and retention
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to gather quotes and claims information
• Respond to client queries with professionalism and clarity
• Prepare and review policy documents, endorsements, and risk overviews
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and support Account Executives in growing the book
• Maintain accurate records and ensure FCA and internal compliance at all times

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in Commercial Lines Insurance (ideally in an Account Handler or similar role). Highly desirable would be Marine Insurance experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills
• A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to manage your own workflow
• Confidence using industry systems and documentation
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development (CPD)
