A leading multinational insurance broker is looking to appoint both a new business and a renewals Account Handler to their Property Owners Insurance team in Cheltenham.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior members of the team to ensure personal and team objectives are achieved
• Create clear and concise client records and documentation, to a high standard of accuracy
• Take responsibility for data entry, processing of premiums and collection of funds from clients
• Maintain appropriate client files, ensuring the prompt and accurate production of documentation to meet client, company and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all necessary due diligence is conducted in line with company procedures
• Actively undertake personal development to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of best practice
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

• Previous Insurance experience would be beneficial, although isn’t essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to process work quickly and efficiently

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
