Insurance Adviser - Reed : Job Details

• Annual Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
• Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

• Conduct client needs assessments through detailed calls.
• Recommend suitable insurance products from top UK providers.
• Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven telesales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales success.
• Quick learner with the ability to apply product knowledge effectively.
