Instructor - Reed : Job Details

Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add an Instructor to their team on a permanent basis. You will be based in Aberdeen.

This role would suit candidates who have experience previous Instructor experience, or candidates who have experience in a Fabric Maintenance environment who is comfortable at delivering training to small groups.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.15pm

Salary: £32K – £37K

Daily Duties –

• Deliver Blaster/Sprayer, Fireproofing and Train the Painter courses
• Support customers during course delivery and gain feedback following course completion
• Communicate information clearly, clarifying details and explain reasoning for specific actions
• Participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events
• Have technical input to new courses, training standards and customer meetings
• Provide support to trainee and existing Instructors and Assessors

Candidate Requirements –

• Relevant qualifications e.g. Blaster Sprayer, Fireproofing, Insulation and Train the Painter
• Previous experience where you’ve been responsible for training employees or apprentices
• Ability to communicate effectively to provide technical coaching and guidance
• Driving Licence
