Instructional Designer - McGregor Boyall : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional to design and develop training curriculum and content.

Do you have a successful track record employing Instructional Design methodologies to design and develop self-faced eLearning programs? Have you been responsible for the design of corporate sales and/or software product training? Are you a master of Articulate and other eLearning tools utilized for training content development? Do you have strong project management skills and the ability to keep up with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? Are you a team player with good communication skills?

• BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
• Instructional Design experience
• Experience with corporate sales and/or software product training or similar industry preferable
• Advanced knowledge of multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and RiseDemonstrated knowledge of applied adult learning theory, instructional design, and learning management systems

Contract role day rate inside IR35 until Dec 2025.
