Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Daily Rate: £350

Role Overview:In this exciting role, you will support a vital project that serves a diverse global client base across the UK, North America, and Asia Pacific. You will collaborate closely with the Client Services team, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time. Your expertise will be essential in keeping everything on track.

Core Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain spreadsheets with precision.
• Review Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and extract key information for system updates.
• Assist the project manager in providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to the project committee.
• Participate in project meetings, proactively identifying and raising any issues that may impact project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding any challenges encountered.
• Contribute to various departmental projects.
• Support reconciliation efforts and required amendments to the client database.
• Foster strong relationships with various teams within the organisation to ensure timely information sharing.

• A minimum of two years of experience in Client Service administration within the finance sector.
• A keen, enthusiastic personality that adapts well to change and collaborates effectively in team settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills-your ability to convey information clearly is key.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
