Installations Training Manager - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevations Engineering & Manufacturing's Service Division are working with a growing and innovative manufacturing company to support their expansion of their Aftermarket team to recruit an energetic and dynamic Installations Training Manager based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

The Installations Training Manager is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting their growth plans through ensuring all new Field Installations Engineers have the skills required to deliver industry-leading installations and customer experience.

Key responsibilities of the Installations Training Manager include;

• Lead the technical training for all new Field Engineers from Trainee level to Installation Engineers, and Technical Support Engineers
• Ensure all training plans and materials are fit for purpose and continually refined to support the delivery of a thorough and ongoing training plan
• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions to enable a slick and professional onboarding process and support continued career development
• Work with the Head of Field Installations and other internal stakeholders to design and develop a first class in house training facility for all field engineers and installers, and new product training

To be considered for the Installations Training Manager role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• 5 years of building products industry experience (modular, doors, windows or other home improvements)
• Hands-on installations and fitting experience
• Demonstrable experience of working in a training, coaching, or mentoring capacity
• Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a warm and engaging training style
