Installation Services – Internal Planning & AdministrationReports To:
Team Administrator (TA) and other team members, including Field Managers, in accordance with the hierarchical structure.
Working Hours:
09:30 – 15:30 (with additional hours available)
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Installations team. This role focuses on internal planning and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of installation services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare quotes and process purchase orders, including weekly invoicing
- Mark up plans, order stock, and compile installation paperwork packs
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Monitor ongoing installations and generate progress reports
- Plan and route up to 2,000 locations efficiently, following geographic and procedural guidelines

- Can coordinate internal teams to deliver flawless installations
- Works with precision and a methodical approach
- Is self-motivated and a strong team player
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, especially when preparing quotes and documentation
- Ensures all quotes and expenditures are internally approved before release
- Understands cost implications and project timelines
- Is comfortable working across multiple disciplines and client types
- Prioritises health & safety and client satisfaction in all tasks
- Understands the broader impact of their work on teams and projects
- Possesses high emotional intelligence to manage internal and external relationships
- Is eager to learn and grow within the role
- Can effectively organise and prioritise daily and weekly workloads
- Communicates confidently and is not afraid to engage in difficult conversations when necessary
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: NVQ / GCSEs
- Desirable: Degree-level education
- Strong computer literacy is essential
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred
- Experience managing costs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and knowledge of routing or project management is advantageous but not essential
