Our mission is to provide research and insights regarding markets, clients, prospects, industries and competitors to drive revenue growth through more effective sales, marketing, and innovation. The team provides a range of services from information access and delivery (utilizing a number of 3rd-party research subscriptions and WTW proprietary research and data) to bespoke research for more complex requests, requiring multiple sources and potentially multiple methodologies. Key deliverables include market assessments, company and industry profiles, competitor and competitive analyses, market trend reports and prospect lists.The Role
  • Work closely with MCI colleagues to deliver insight in support of teams across WTW businesses and geographies
  • Utilise strong research and analytical skills
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of a range of insight projects, focusing on secondary research analysis and reporting, synthesising multiple sources as required
  • Collaborate with extended global MCI team in managing and delivering project outputs
  • Engage pro-actively with project stakeholders, supporting the MCI business partnership model, ensuring project scope meets their needs, while managing expectations in terms of timelines and outputs
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, showing an understanding of effective insight story-telling, ensuring findings have a clear ‘so what’ for the business, conveying insight and recommendations, not just information
  • Develop familiarity with WTW products, services, markets and client types 
  • Support development of more junior colleagues by working collaboratively and providing guidance and support as appropriate
  • Experience of working in an insight role, either agency or client-side, with exposure to a range of methodologies, ideally with a focus on secondary research
  • Ability to interpret and combine multiple sources of insight to answer business questions
  • Ability to analyse and visualise data to deliver insightful outputs
  • A team player, collaborating with colleagues and building stakeholder relationships
  • A strong communicator, adept at “finding the story”, translating raw information and survey findings into useful insights and recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear milestones and meeting deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • Self-starter capable of proactive investigation and analysis
  • IT & systems literate
  • B2B research experience would be preferred and/or experience of working in a financial services environment
