If you answered yes to the above, then the role I am recruiting for could be just for you. Working for an established and international company, you'll be on hand to support the Account Manager with the day to day administrative tasks a "normal" office would find. These include:
Day to Day of the role:
• Support Senior Management with sales tasks, including follow-ups on marketing campaigns, sales enquiries, and informing customers of new products.
• Make warm sales calls to existing customers.
• Assist with social media and website management.
• Promote and support our online sales platform to existing customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and orders promptly, assisting with sales telephone lines for stock and pricing enquiries.
• Assist with quotations to provide cost-effective solutions to customers.
• Manage sales ledger activities, ensuring accurate completion and filing of documentation daily.
• Process New Account Applications and input customer details into internal systems.
• Chase payment for proforma invoices, ensuring compliance.
• Create invoices and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders, being mindful of credit limits and payment chasing.
• Allocate payments to customer using Sage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:30 (Mon to Fri - hybrid working after probation)
