Day-to-day of the role:
- Actively seek out and engage new B2B prospects within target market segments.
- Convert inbound leads and reactivate lapsed customers through effective outreach and relationship-building.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- Compile, send, and follow up on quotations using HubSpot CRM.
- Support the customer onboarding process to ensure long-term success.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategy.
- Collaborate with regional account managers to identify opportunities and develop customer accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of independently generating leads and closing deals.
- Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in electrical distribution, battery technology, or technical sales.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (Hubspot), LinkedIn, and email for outreach.
- A self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
