Injection Moulding Setter / Technician - ASC Connections Ltd : Job Details

A leading precision plastic manufacturing company, providing complete end-to-end solutions across multiple industries, is seeking an Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join their team.

Working within a busy mouldshop processing various materials, your role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of production, maintaining quality standards, addressing production issues promptly, and keeping operations on track.

£35,000-£40,000 | Working Monday - Friday

As an Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, your duties will include:

• Supervising the end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Setting up tools, producing a repeatable process and manufacturing quality products.
• Providing technical support to operators.

To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter / Technician, the ideal candidate will:

• Have experience as a Plastic Injection Moulding Setter, Toolsetter or Technician, with good knowledge of moulding machines, tooling and materials.
• Be able to carry out tool changes, set up machines, and trouble shoot production issues.
