Shift: working early and afternoon shift rotating Monday - Friday

As injection mould setter you will:

• Retrieve and install prepared moulds into injection moulding presses, ensuring secure placement and smooth operation.
• Set up machine operating parameters from scratch to process parts to exact specifications and inspect sample parts for accuracy.
• Effective condition monitoring to ensure consistent process
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues directly at the press to maintain optimal production flow.
• Maintain detailed process specifications, and ensure all equipment is ready for the next production cycle.
• Adhere to stringent quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Seek continuous improvement in work processes and contribute to the company's operational excellence.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a plastics manufacturing environment, particularly in processing and set up of injection moulding equipment.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments, including scales, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Strong attention to detail, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• IMT or C&G qualification desirable but not essential

You will have current or recent experience as mould technician, injection moulder, injection mould setter, injection mould tool setter, injection moulder or process technician
