A well-established moulding SME is entering an exciting new growth phase under fresh ownership and is seeking a skilled Setter to join their dynamic team

As a Setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, contributing to the overall success of their production processes.

£32,000 - £37,000 | 25+8 days holiday

As an Injection Moulding Setter, your responsibilities will include:

• Tool changes, process set-up and optimisation.
• Monitor machinery performance.
• Apply a continuous improvement approach.
• Basic machinery maintenance .

In order to fulfil the role of Injection Moulding Setter, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

• Competent in setting, and operating moulding machines.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• Proficient in using hand tools and understanding tooling requirements for various tasks.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and proactive in solving problems
