- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of infrastructure systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technology strategies with organisational goals.

Profile
A successful Infrastructure Operations Manager should have:
- Strong experience in managing technology infrastructure in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of network, cloud, security and core infrastructure (e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Azure, M365, Windows, Hyper-V, Veeam)
- Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams effectively.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and standards within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system management.
- Experience in vendor management and budget preparation.
- A relevant qualification in technology or a related field.
