We’re partnering with a leading fintech that's redefining performance in capital markets. This is your opportunity to join a deeply technical team where your expertise in Linux, low-latency systems, and automation directly impacts market performance and resilience.

You’ll work at the heart of a high-performance trading infrastructure:

• Deploying and configuring exchange systems (Linux, networks, servers, DBs)

• Designing and managing real-time monitoring platforms (Zabbix and others)

• Supporting day-to-day exchange operations with performance in mind

• Partnering with security to enforce best-in-class infrastructure compliance

• Improving availability, resiliency, and performance across environments

• Leading infrastructure improvement projects and contributing to architectural design

• Playing a key role in out-of-hours testing and market rehearsals

• 5+ years of Linux engineering in fast-paced, regulated environments (financial services, fintech, trading, or exchange experience ideal)

• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ansible, Puppet)

• Experience building resilient, low-latency systems in high-frequency or market-making settings

• Exposure to virtualization tools (ESXi, Proxmox) and orchestration platforms

• Solid knowledge of multicast and low-jitter networks — you know how performance at the edge drives everything

• Familiarity with identity management and monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, IPA, LDAP)
