Infrastructure Delivery Lead - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is supporting its consulting client in the search for an Infrastructure Portfolio Delviery Lead to drive the successful delivery of a portfolio of technology and infrastructure initiatives, including high-risk, high-visibility programmes such as network upgrades, disaster recovery, PAM/IAM rollouts, and cloud migrations.

This role sits at the heart of a delivery function build-out, helping define ways of working, overseeing delivery squads, and ensuring senior stakeholder alignment across the programme. The successful candidate will work across cross-functional teams and manage delivery tower-level reporting and prioritisation.

• Start Date: ASAP - interviews this week
• Contract Length: 6 months initially (extensions likely)
• Day Rate: £650-700 p/day via umbrella
• Location: Leeds (hybrid - 1-2 days a week typically)

• Lead and coordinate delivery across infrastructure initiatives including network upgrades, DR, PAM/IAM, secure cloud migration, and tooling integration-

• Experience delivering infrastructure programmes within regulated environments
• Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery approaches across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple towers
• Experience managing portfolios of £20M-£35M+
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector strongly preferred
