Infrastructure Analyst - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Role:

• Maintain the businesses infrastructure
• Point of escalation for technical issues
• Work with team to execute the IT roadmap
• Support manager with projects and tasks
• Support the IT strategy in alignment with policies
• Create and update documentation
• Create and implement test and recovery plans
• Make recommendations to support the infrastructure's performance and integrity

Experience:

• 3years' experience in a Microsoft environment
• Proficient at troubleshooting, resolving issues, and change management
• Strong knowledge of networking: troubleshooting, switches, and routers
• Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS etc.
• Ensured disaster recovery, business continuity and high availability
• Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
