Quest Search and Selection is seeking a proactive and experienced Influencer & Partnerships Campaign Lead working closely with category managers to develop and manage collaborations with local German brands, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and brand partners.

The role involves leading joint marketing initiatives, driving commercial growth, and fostering strong, long-term strategic partnerships with brand and developing key collaboration and Influencer campaigns to support this growth.

Role and Responsibilities of this Influencer & Partnerships Campaign Lead -

  • Working closely with the category manager, onboarding new brands and working collaboratively on existing brands .
  • Build and expand partnerships with German brands, influencers (KOLs), and IP owners to strengthen market presence.
  • Negotiate and execute joint marketing campaigns (brands, influencers, collaborations & exclusives) aimed at boosting growth and engagement.
  • Maintain and nurture strategic partner relationships to ensure continued success and mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure partnerships align with business objectives.
  • Track and analyse campaign results and partner performance, using insights to enhance future collaborations.

Qualifications Required for this Influencer & Partnerships Campaign Lead -

  • 4-8 years' + experience in influencer marketing & brand partnerships experience
  • You must hve e-commerce experience working with multiple retail or supplier brands.
  • Solid understanding of the German market, including local brand landscapes, influencers, KOL's and digital marketing trends.
  • Experiences of building partnerships with high profiles brands
  • Strong negotiation with a proven track record of working with strategic partners that have proven commercial success.
  • German speaking native or C1 level minimum alongside English
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to assess campaign outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
