Role: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK- Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

About the Role

We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for wearable technology brand.

In this role, you'll drive influencer strategies that are rooted in audience insights and resonate across diverse international markets.

You’ll play a vital role in developing and executing influencer campaigns that authentically connect with local communities, insert our products into relevant cultural moments, and elevate brand perception across key regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies aligned with international objectives and driven by local audience insights.
  • Build and scale influencer programs across global markets, tailoring campaigns to reflect cultural relevance and community interests.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships across regions to deliver high-quality, locally resonant influencer activations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop briefs and campaigns that amplify marketing efforts, working in sync with paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Coordinate with media and analytics teams to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer efforts and optimize for brand sentiment and engagement.
  • Use cultural and market trend analysis to inform creative development and influencer strategy.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing, Comms, and Insights teams to ensure influencer initiatives are grounded in community understanding and deliver measurable impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer or social marketing, ideally within creative/content or social agencies.
  • Strong understanding of international culture and the evolving influencer/creator landscape.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects across multiple geographies.
  • Proven success in developing influencer strategies and campaigns for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of designing impactful, insight-driven influencer programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing influencer relationships, including face-to-face creator collaborations.
  • Experience with campaign measurement and translating metrics into actionable insights.
