Role Overview
My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Individual Giving Manager to elevate a £12m+ fundraising programme. You'll own and execute acquisition, stewardship, campaigns (lottery, raffles, cash appeals), and supporter journey design to grow and deepen engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Individual Giving strategy and budget, targeting sustainable net income growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small high?performance team
- Design and manage acquisition and stewardship campaigns (across digital and offline channels)
- Use insight, segmentation, and analytics to optimise campaign performance
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, budget control, and campaign ROI
- Drive CRM enhancements to improve supporter engagement
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in designing and delivering successful individual giving strategies
- Comfortable managing large-scale acquisition and retention campaigns
- Strong data?driven approach: segmentation, metrics, forecasting
- Sound technical understanding of CRM systems and fundraising tech
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff
- Passion for supporter experience and long-term relationship building
