Machine Operator - Entry LevelLocation: FolkestoneHours: Full-time, shift-based, 12 hour shifts

We are working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for motivated Trainee Operators to join their production team in Folkestone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into manufacturing, with full training provided and the chance to progress within a well-established business.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating machinery and production lines following clear instructions.
• Assisting with material movement and pallet wrapping.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
• Identifying and reporting quality or machine issues.
• Following set procedures, safety rules, and site policies.
• Using computer systems to record production information.
• Working effectively as part of a team across shifts.

What we're looking for:

• Good understanding of written and spoken English.
• Basic maths skills.
• Computer literacy (training provided).
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Reliability and willingness to learn new skills.
