- Are you a data driven administrator with good knowledge of CRM systems?
Our client are a leading Christian Charity based in SE London and they are recruiting for a temporary member of staff to support them with a key fundraising event in their calendar.
You will be part of a team processing the income that is generated by this national event which last year raised over £4.8m which is used to fight injustice and work towards bringing global poverty to an end.
Key responsibilities
- Open and categorise post ready for processing
- Capture data from forms a directly in to the Dynamics CRM
- Income will be matched with the information supplied on the form A and a thank you letter generated.
- Where information on the Form is unclear or incorrect, the forms will be scanned and emailed to local teams for real-time follow-up.
- Income processing unit is supported in processing and coding income (using information supplied on form A’s).
- Data is cleansed and enhanced.
- Provides surge capacity and admin support to team
Essential
- Attention to detail and precision
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience of using databases
- Experience using excel
- Experience of outbound calling
- Experience working to, and achieving, targets
- Experience of providing supporter care
Desirable
- Previous experience working at a charity
This role is 100% office based in the SE London area.
Start date 10th June 2024 for around 12 weeks.
