About the role:
- Providing mentoring and behaviour support for targeted students across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting pupils in internal inclusion units and during reintegration into mainstream classes
- Running restorative conversations and behaviour reflection sessions
- Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and engagement in partnership with pastoral leads
- Acting as a consistent adult role model across the school day
About you:
- Experience with SEMH, behaviour or youth mentoring in schools or external services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality in a school context
- Can adapt communication to suit a range of student needs
- DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
