Inclusion Support Assistant - Harrogate

Are you looking for a new role working in a special provision as a Classroom Assistant in Harrogate? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!

I am currently working with an alternative provision in Harrogate who are looking to recruit an experienced Inclusion Support Assistant, who will be supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs aged 8 to 16.

The position is based in Leeds and will be a full-time, long term role starting immediately.

The role:

• Mixed age group special education provision
• Full time, permanent contract
• £80 - £100 per day, based on experience
• Working 1:1 and in small groups of students with SEN or SEMH needs

About you:

• Open to working in a special needs provision
• Have previous experience working with children / young adults (does not have to be in education)
• Available between 8:00 - 16:00
• Access to own car (the schools is in a rural location)
• Be patient, reliable, resilient and nurturing
• Available for a trail and/or interview immediately
