Inbound Sales Support - German Speaking
- Annual Salary: £26,500 (£36,500 Year 1 OTE*)
- *Expected commission for this role is an impressive £10,000 on top of your base salary.

We are seeking a German-speaking Inbound Sales Support professional to join our client's team. This role primarily involves sales support and some upselling, with a focus on managing client accounts and exceeding sales revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess business-level German language skills and have a strong background in customer service or sales.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound sales queries primarily via email, engaging with both existing and prospective customers to generate and increase revenue.
- Work towards quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities.
- Provide support to field sales staff, assisting with planning and service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Produce quotes and process orders within the same working day.
- Keep customers informed about stock levels and delivery expectations.
- Process requests for specification sheets and other customer inquiries.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Business-level proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in telephone-based customer service or sales, preferably in a technical or security-related field.
- Proficient in managing communications primarily through email.
- Strong ability to create sales strategies and prioritise workload.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- IT competence is essential.
