Inbound Customer Sales Representative

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 OTE £35,000

Location: Maidstone, Kent (Driving license is essential)

Hours: Full time (office based) Monday - Friday

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer calls and identifying what service the client requires
• Maintaining and pursuing a list of potential leads and follow-up’s, making subsequent sales pitches for fire, flood, and environmental remediation services
• Issuing estimates/contract documentation
• Monitoring order status to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner
• Arranging meetings and sales calls with clients for fire, flood, and environmental remediation services
• Formulating and presenting estimates
• Maintaining accurate, current contact records and information on the CRM database
• Conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Skills Required:

• Previous sales experience is essential
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Driving licence is essential
• Positive attitude and team player
