THE LOCATION: Near to Rickmansworth (Must be a car driver to get to this location)The Role:customer service - ideally be able to start 7.30am

customer service assistant looking to work in a busy role.

Duties will include :

  • Use Information systems to effectively capture and input accurate data, ensuring time-lines are met
  • Answer initial queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required
  • Manage high call volumes inbound /outbound

* Good communicator - ability to build relationships and deal with incoming/outgoing calls

* Good knowledge of MS Office

In addition

* MUST be a car driver to be able to get to this location

* MUST be available immediately and commit to a temporary role - which may extend

* Must be available to start working ASAP
