Import Merchandiser - Huntress : Job Details

A dynamic and growing product company based in Leeds is looking for a spreadsheet whizz to join their friendly and collaborative team. What You'll Be Doing:You'll be right at the heart of the product operations team, helping to deliver high-quality items to customers around the world. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Manage product specification data internally and externally with complete accuracy

• Maintain and update the critical path for new product ranges

• Coordinate with UK and overseas suppliers to place, track and follow up orders

• Arrange incoming shipments from the Far East to the UK and US in line with delivery schedules

• Monitor stock levels and organise warehouse transfers to maximise availability of core products

• Create and share detailed shipping and packing information with clients

Who They're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of numbers and data

• Advanced Excel skills-or the ability to learn quickly

• Experience in administration, data handling, supply chain or finance

• Highly organised with a logical, methodical approach

• Excellent attention to detail

• A team player with a proactive attitude

• An appreciation for creative and unusual products
