Implementation Coordinator - £24,000 - £26,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working

We are a SaaS technology business, with massive growth plans and investment. We need people who are passionate, problem-solvers who are excited by technology and innovation.  Based out of Warrington, our Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and professional start to our client’s customer journey. Responsible for the first seven days of onboarding and ensuring all third-party integrations are correctly configured, this role ensures that our customers are set up for success from day one.

Implementation Coordinator – Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding

- Act as the first point of contact in the initial week of the customer journey

- Send professional and informative Welcome emails to new clients

- Coordinate internal and external setup activities to prepare the customer for deployment

Salesforce Administration

-Set up and maintain Salesforce records to ensure it remains our one true source

Internal Systems Setup (Talos & Third Parties)

- Coordinate the setup of third parties such as DocuSign, Twilio (SMS), Job Boards, and other HR platform integrations

- Facilitate and manage all tech bolt-on requests and purchases from customers, including Reference Checking Solutions, TrustID, Credence (Certn), Talent Strengths and any additional ATS features or integrations

Implementation Coordinator – Required Skills

- Excellent organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce, ATS, email systems)

- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently

- Proactive and customer-first mindset

This is an entry level position that would be ideal for a self-driven, intuitive, people person who thrives on responsibility and brings strong communication capability to this extremely customer centric role. The role is hybrid, with set office days of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the option of work from home for the other two days.
