IFA Admin Team Leader
Location: Preston. Free onsite parking Salary: £35,000 - £40,000Full-Time | Permanent
We’re working with a dynamic, nationwide financial planning firm seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee and support their Client Service Coordinators (CSOs) based in Preston & Manchester, to consist of a team of five. This is a key role for someone who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others, and driving continuous improvement across client services and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and allocate work to the Client Service Co-ordinators
- Provide training, coaching, and performance development
- Manage MI reports to support service delivery and track team development
- Perform day-to-day CSO responsibilities including client communications, appointment booking, provider liaison, meeting pack preparation, and system updates
- Collaborate with Financial Planners, paraplanners, and product providers to support efficient advice delivery
- Contribute to process improvement within the Financial Planning Support function
- Generate fee invoices and provide new business support when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in financial planning support or admin roles
- Proven team leadership or mentoring experience
- In-depth knowledge of platforms, providers, and Intelligent Office (IO)
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
- A hands-on leader who’s happy to contribute while guiding others
