We’re working with a well-established financial planning firm that is looking for a reliable IFA Administrator to support their Advisers and help deliver a seamless client experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers across all aspects of the client journey
  • Manage client communications with a professional and friendly approach
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth running of the business
  • Collaborate with the wider team to enhance client experience and overall efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an IFA or financial services admin role preferred
