We are working with a growing independent financial advisory firm, providing tailored advice and excellent service to our clients. We’re looking for a proactive and organised administrator to support our advisers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will be the backbone of the team, managing client paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and assisting advisers with compliance and client-facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
- Maintaining and updating client records on CRM systems
- Liaising with clients, providers, and third-party service providers
- Assisting advisers with compliance and administrative tasks
- Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally in an IFA environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, protection)
- Experience with compliance procedures in a regulated environment
