About Us:

We are working with a growing independent financial advisory firm, providing tailored advice and excellent service to our clients. We’re looking for a proactive and organised administrator to support our advisers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role:

As an IFA Administrator, you will be the backbone of the team, managing client paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and assisting advisers with compliance and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
  • Maintaining and updating client records on CRM systems
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and third-party service providers
  • Assisting advisers with compliance and administrative tasks
  • Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally in an IFA environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, protection)
  • Experience with compliance procedures in a regulated environment

Salary : 30000 - 32000
