Role Overview:
As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and excellent service to clients. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, maintain accurate records, and help prepare documentation across a range of financial planning areas including pensions, investments, and protection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main administrative support to the Financial Adviser(s), managing day-to-day tasks to ensure timely and compliant client service.
- Prepare and process new business applications, letters of authority, client agreements, fee forms, agency forms and other documentation.
- Liaise with product providers, platforms, and clients to obtain valuations, track applications, and resolve queries.
- Maintain and update client records on back-office systems accurately and in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of client meeting packs, reports, and annual reviews.
- Answer the phone and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, professionally.
- Ensure all compliance requirements and company procedures are adhered to.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including scanning, filing, and document management.
- Maintenance on our back-office system (Intelligent Office), this can include all plans details including values, contributions and withdrawals are inputted correctly.
About You:
Essential:
- Previous administration experience in financial services/wealth management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning financial systems.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO).
- Working knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Obtain or working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning.
