Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA regulations
• Adhere to all company policies on compliance, TCF, T&C, and financial crime prevention
• Stay informed on product, legislative, and technical updates
• Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times
• Deliver a professional and courteous service to clients
• Provide high-quality administrative support to advisers and the wider team
• Participate in training and personal development activities as required
• Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For – Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IFA administration role
• Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential due to location/client meetings)
• A team player with a proactive, positive attitude
• Self-motivated and organised, with strong attention to detail
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and progress within the business
