A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional and proactive IFA Administrator to join the Harrogate office of a leading national wealth management firm. This is a key support role within a high-performing team, ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within a financial planning environment.
About the RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you will provide crucial support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth processing of client documentation and maintaining a high standard of client service. You’ll play an important part in the advice process, working collaboratively to help deliver timely, compliant and accurate client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records
Liaise with providers to track progress and resolve queries
Prepare and issue client correspondence and valuations
Support advisers and paraplanners with meeting preparation and follow-up
Ensure all tasks are completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management administration role
Knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments and ISAs
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and client service skills
Familiarity with financial planning software and platforms is desirable
