Client Support Administrator

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Client Support Administrator to join a nationally recognised Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm in Bristol. Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide essential support to financial advisers or consultants, facilitating the provision of financial or product advice to clients in compliance with FCA rules and company procedures.
- Manage your workflow and tasks independently and efficiently, ensuring all activities are completed within set deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical, product, and provider changes to support informed decision-making.
- Utilise your strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating a proactive 'can do, will do' attitude.
- Employ excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Financial Administration role, ideally supporting IFAs.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, and experience with Intelligent Office is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
