Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to take the next step in your financial services career? We're recruiting for a dedicated IFA Administrator to join a supportive client services team based in the heart of Brighton.
In this office-based role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring an outstanding client experience by supporting Advisers, Paraplanners, and Team Leaders with administrative and operational tasks. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values precision, professionalism, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office (IO), including personal and financial information
- Manage client workflows including onboarding, reviews, and investment transactions
- Liaise with product providers to process applications, transfers, and related tasks
- Keep documentation, fees, and commissions up to date within IO
- Ensure compliance with AML, GDPR, KYC, and internal standards
- Provide day-to-day support to Paraplanners and Team Leaders with data integrity and housekeeping
About You:
- 1–2 years' experience in financial services administration (minimum 1 year required)
- Ideally working towards or holding CII/CISI CF1 or R01–R06 (preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a methodical and team-oriented approach
- Eager to learn, develop, and grow within a supportive environment
