ICT Teacher - Prospero Teaching : Job Details

ICT Teacher - Bolton - September A dedicated and passionate Teacher of ICT is required to work at a popular secondary school in Bolton, to join them on a full-time basis for the Autumn term. The successful candidate will teach key stage 3 & 4 from September until December. This position is five days a week, full time, and is open to ECTs as well as experienced teachers. Please note you must have a teaching qualification to apply for this role. Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teacher of ICT with QTS to work in a secondary school in Bolton on a full-time basis. The role will start from September, it is essential that you hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and that you are qualified to teach ICT to key stage 3 & 4 pupils. You will be expected to attend departmental meetings as well as parents evenings as and when required. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location Bolton Position Teacher of ICT Start date September 2024 Duration - 1 term Full time Minimum rate of pay £153.85 per day Hours 8:15am - 4pm EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS, QTLS, PGCE, GTP, SCITT or equivalent Previous experience teaching in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, we can provide training) Up to date prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, we can provide training) Up to date behaviour management & FGM training (essential, we can provide training) Recen experience teaching ICT in the UK TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide a minimum of two professional child related references Provide a full CV covering the last 10 years (including details regarding Secondary School education).
