We’re on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic SEO & Online Content Manager to help shape and scale our digital presence. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days a week required in the office near Long Bennington, making it ideal for candidates based in Newark, Grantham, Lincoln, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

You will play a central role in developing and executing a joined-up SEO and content strategy helping drive organic traffic, boost visibility and generate high-quality leads through clear, engaging, search-optimised content. From technical audits to creative copy, you will be involved at every level of search performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the SEO strategy – covering on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation
• Write and optimise engaging digital content (product pages, blogs, meta copy, landing pages)
• Collaborate with paid media and wider marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels
• Analyse and report on performance – identifying opportunities to improve CTR, rankings, and conversion
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners (SEO, PPC, content outreach)
• Run test-and-learn campaigns and stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and tactics
• Support link-building initiatives and monitor domain authority development

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role with strong technical SEO and digital content skills
• A confident writer who understands how to optimise content for search and users alike
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar
• Experience managing or working alongside paid media campaigns is a plus
• Comfortable working across teams – from marketing and CRM to dev and design
• Proactive, curious, and always looking to improve performance and process

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00 – 5.00 PM or 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM (40 Hours Per Week)
