Your New Company
Hays Education are working on behalf of a well-established SEMH secondary school in North Manchester to recruit a dedicated and passionate Humanities Teacher for a September start. This specialist provision supports pupils aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often alongside additional learning or behavioural challenges. The school is part of a progressive multi-academy trust that champions trauma-informed practice, relational teaching, and inclusive education. With small class sizes, a strong pastoral team, and a therapeutic approach to behaviour, the school provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.
