Day-to-day of the role:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities lessons that stimulate and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to excel.Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and devise individualised strategies to support learning needs.Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine and enhance the Humanities curriculum, integrating contemporary teaching methods and resources.Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and guardians to bolster student well-being and academic performance.
