We're Hiring: HR Business Partner

Location: Remote - UK

Department: Human Resources

Reports to: Head of HR Operations and Facilities

Contract Type: 12 month FTC

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as the key liaison between HR and your divisional client group. You'll translate business goals into actionable HR strategies, using your insight, data, and stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful people solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to HR contact for employees and managers in your client group.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future needs, identifying HR solutions that support strategic goals.
  • Use data and people insights to influence decision-making and drive cultural change.
  • Lead local employee engagement initiatives and support performance management.
  • Coach leaders to embed culture and change across teams.
  • Contribute to the wider HR agenda, sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.

  • CIPD qualification (desirable)
