Human Resources Business Partner - Reed : Job Details

• Hourly rate: £20.19 per hour
• Length of role: 1 month rolling temporary contract. 

We are seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to join our team temporarily, starting in September. This role is crucial for providing support during a period of increased activity due to sickness absence and the return of schools from the summer break. The ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of NJC/School Teachers' terms and conditions and experience in supporting managers across a broad range of HR disciplines.

• Provide comprehensive HR support across various disciplines including absence management, conduct, grievance, capability, flexible working, pay, and terms and conditions queries.
• Offer advice and guidance to managers across the council and Headteachers, ensuring effective HR practices in line with organisational policies and regulations.
• Work collaboratively within a team of 6 HR Business Partners to manage and resolve HR issues effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and support the implementation of HR strategies that align with organisational goals.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of NJC/School Teachers' terms and conditions.
• Ability to handle a wide range of HR issues in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
