Human Resources Business Partner

Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with an healthcare organisation based in London that requires an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a six month fixed term assignment commencing in May. This is a hybrid role with two to three days per week required on site.

Key responsibilities will include;

• To provide HR and ER support to the organisation
• Implementation and development of HR policies
• Manage interdependencies and benefits and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of various programmes and projects
• Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful
• To work with key stakeholders
• Experience of working in partnership with trade unions in a complex operating environment, particularly in complex change management and TUPE situations
• Provide support to key members of the management and operational teams

Key experience required;

• Significant knowledge of UK employment legislation case law and good HR practice in order to deal with complex employee relations issues
• Experience of facilitating and managing change
• Experience of HR management and change implementation in a unionised environment
• Evidence of effective working at a senior level in complex, environments.
• Significant experience of facilitating and managing change and employee relations cases
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and across systems
• Rigorous, good eye for detail
