Job Opportunity: People Services Advisor (6-Month Contract)

We’re currently recruiting for a well-established organisation seeking a People Services Advisor to join their busy HR Shared Services team. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in a modern, well-connected office location in South Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, primarily over the phone and through an HR system, supporting a large, multi-site business.

Key Details:

• Contract: 6-month fixed-term
• Location: South Hertfordshire (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: between 7:30am–5:00pm (rotating shifts)
  • Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm (remote, with time off in lieu)
• Start Date: ASAP – the client is looking to move quickly!

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in HR, especially in shared services or high-volume environments
• Confident handling queries over the phone
• Familiarity with HR systems (experience with Workday is a plus)
