Human Resources Advisor - Stonehouse, Gloucester - £28500 - £32500

Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a highly regarded diverse service provider, supporting both the construction and engineering business sector, who seek to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their people management function. The role is offered as a full time and permanent position.

This is a large business with an exceptional reputation for staff retention and development and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient running of the HR function. This will be a broad and interesting role covering many areas of HRM with key responsibilities to include:

• Act as a key point of contact for Directors and the senior management team with employment law queries
• Build relationships with senior team members.
• Manage employee relations to include resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
• Assist the senior management team with strategic people management initiatives
• Attend formal meetings as required
• Oversee new starter information employee onboarding programs
• Ensure that compliance/RTW documentation is correctly filed
• Support the internal recruitment function with effective recruitment marketing campaigns

For this role we seek an experienced HR Advisor, qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and with recent exposure gained in a similar level role. Experience of working within a family owned business is essential. This is a highly visible role that works across a range of company functions so excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential.
